Do I need to have all of my certifications (CPR, First Aid, CAN, PMT) to get a job with CRI?
No. CRI provides all trainings that we require for employment.
What kind of training will I receive from CRI? How long is the training process?
CRI trains all employees on the policies and procedures of CRI and the licensing agencies we work with, including DCF and DDS. We also train our employees in CPR, First Aid, PMT and med administration certification. Our DCF programs receive specialized training on at-risk youth. In addition, CRI offers on-going in-house training, client specific training, supervisory training as well as other professional development opportunities.
I am already have some certifications. Do I still need to take all of CRI’s training?
Yes. CRI requires their employees to complete all training regardless of if your training is current or not.
