COMMUNITY RESIDENCES, Inc can provide the
following PPSP services
for your clients if:
The child is being returned to the biological home from
residential or foster care.
The child is being placed for adoption
The child is in the adoption process and is struggling
with transition issues
PPSP services include:
Pre-palcement planning for adoption
Recruitment/screening of potential families for
adoption
Home study evaluations for adoption
Placement planning for adoption
Post-placement supervision for adoption
Post-finalization services after adoption
Services to return a child to his or her
biological home
Supervision after a child returns to his or her
biological home
