PERMANENCY PLACEMENT SERVICES PROGRAM (PPSP)

COMMUNITY RESIDENCES, Inc can provide the following PPSP services for your clients if:

•   The child is being returned to the biological home from residential or foster care.

•   The child is being placed for adoption

•   The child is in the adoption process and is struggling with transition issues

PPSP services include:

•   Pre-palcement planning for adoption

•   Recruitment/screening of potential families for adoption

•   Home study evaluations for adoption

•   Placement planning for adoption

•   Post-placement supervision for adoption

•   Post-finalization services after adoption

•   Services to return a child to his or her biological home

•   Supervision after a child returns to his or her biological home
