Adult Services at CRI

Our Purpose

Since 1987, CRI has continued its commitment to provide quality services to adults with intellectual disabilities in residential and day program settings. Quality services are ensured through a multi-tiered team that is available to serve each individual. Focus remains on individual preferences, choice, independence and respect.

 Adult Services Programs

Individualized Home Supports (IHS)

  • In-home staffing supports with individualized hours per Level of Need.
  •  Assistance with personal funds/banking/paying bills/benefits management
  •  24 hour on call RN and residential support systems
  •  Behavioral and activities of daily living teaching opportunities
  •  Community based opportunities for recreation and socialization
  •  Support in living a meaningful life as part of local community

Continuous Residential Supports (CRS)

  • 24 hour supports in a shared apartment setting
  • Assistance with personal funds/banking/paying bills/benefits management
  • 24 hour on call RN and residential support systems
  • Behavioral and activities of daily living teaching opportunities
  • Community based opportunities for recreation and socialization
  •  Support in living a meaningful life as part of local community

Community Living Arrangements (CLA)

  • 24 hour supervision and staffing supports in a DDS licensed home
  • Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Dietician assessments and consults as needed
  • 24 on call RN and residential support systems
  • Programs and learning opportunities based on a functional skills assessment
  • Community based opportunities for recreation and socialization
  • Support in living a meaningful life as part of local community

Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)

  • 24 hour supervision and support within a DSS funded and DDS licensed group home setting with 4 to 6 individuals
  • Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Dietician assessments and consults as needed for positioning, nutritional programs and guidelines
  •  Daily activity schedules to provide active treatment with teaching opportunities, personal preferences, and community based recreation
  •  24 hour on call RN and residential support systems
  •  Certain programs support very medically fragile individuals

Day Programs

Options are based on preference, individual circumstances, and goals

  •  Adult group day programs
  •  In home supports for groups, seniors, Individualized Day non-vocational
  •  Vocational programs for Individualized Day and Group Supported Employment
